A breakfast room with a dining table and chairs. A small fitted Kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge. The bathroom   On the first floor there is:-         1 Double Bedroom      and       2 Single Bedrooms   All bedding is supplied and the beds will be made up ready for your arrival, you only need to bring your own towels with you. There are electric heaters in the living room, breakfast room and all of the bedrooms and open fires in the living room and the breakfast room.  Coal and logs are provided for the open fires, and the cost of electricity is included in the price. We would be very grateful if you not smoke inside the cottage   At the rear of the cottage there is a securely enclosed back garden   with patio furniture and a barbecue   There are stairs to the bedrooms and 2 steps from the breakfast room up to the living room and therefore the cottage is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
